ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST BE UNITED STATES MILITARY
  • MUST BE CURRENTLY DEPLOYED
  • MUST HAVE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS REMAINING ON DEPLOYMENT TO BE CONSIDERED
  • AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING REQUESTS FROM E1-E5

If you would like to request a package for yourself or someone else, please fill out the request form.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION, MUST READ
Due to a high demand in requests, submitting a request for a care package does not guarantee that you will receive a care package. We are not sending packages statside. Our team is working hard to fulfill as many requests as possible. Please do not contact Boots For Troops office to check the status of your package. We promise to send you an e-mail when your package has been sent out for delivery.

Things we must know in order to consider a package request are:

  • Branch of Service
    (of the person the package will go to)
  • First and Last Name
    (of the person the package will go to)
  • Email Address
    (must be a good working MILITARY address so that we can make contact)
  • Rank
    (of the person the package will go to)
  • Address
    (of the person the package will go to)
  • Phone Number we can reach you at
    (if available)
  • The name of the person requesting the package
    (if different from above)
  • Some brief information about the person the package will go to
  • Be sure to put the United States as your country as we will ship to a US APO or FPO
