Emergency relief
Financial help after a disaster, a hardship, or another emergency. A storm, a sudden bill, a lost job, a medical cost that cannot wait.
Service does not end at the gate. This program stands with veterans after they come home: disaster relief, hardship help, emergency support, recognition on stage, and one service dog funded each year.
Veterans honored on stage
Each year at Concert in the Country, Boots For Troops brings veterans on stage to recognize their service.
Honor Our Heroes is designed for men and women who served in the Armed Forces. The program provides financial help for disaster relief, financial hardship, and other emergencies. A veteran can request support. So can a spouse or someone who cares about them.
Each year we also fund one service dog. In partnership with Randall Reed and the Light Up to Live Foundation, we cover the training, vet bills, and food until that dog is ready to be paired with a disabled veteran who needs one.
At events we honor about 20 to 30 veterans on stage with gifts. We also sponsor veteran events, sporting teams, and other financial needs when they come up. The work is practical. Show up, cover the cost, and make sure the veteran is not standing alone.

A Navy veteran with his dog. A committee member handing a gift on stage. A puppy still in training. Honor Our Heroes looks like all of that.
